My company E-Fapiao limit now only 100,000RMB, but I remember before is more than 1,000,000. Why has it changed so much? how to increase the limit?@Ruanyin Accounting

The present policy of the fapiao limit is as below.

If the invoicing issued amount in the most recent 12 months does not reach 80% of the fapiao limit given by tax office, the fapiao limit will be adjusted to the amount in the month the highest invoicing issued amount in the most recent 12 months. So if recently 12 months, your company’s fapiao issuing situation is like above, then the fapiao limit shoud be adjusted.

My god, how to issue fapiao for my new contract with 1,000,000RMB?

For this case, there is way to resolve this issue. After signing the agreement, the company can apply for a temporary increase of the fapiao limit for a short period via online tax system.

The process like below.

1. Submits application via the company’s online tax system. ( Copy of the agreement and your client’s name and tax number is required)

2. The client confirms in its tax online system.

3. Tax office reviews and gives the approval.
