Q: I plan to set up a new company in Shanghai, what is the main process?

1. Pre-authorized name.

2. Apply for the new company's business license. 

3. Recording in Commission of Commerce. 

4. Application of the new company's stamps. 

5. Open the new company's bank accounts. 

6. Tax Opening after Initial tax-registrations. 

7. Customs registration & E-port application, if need.
