Q: Our business is very seasonal, we are often facing fapiao delays duet to limited invoice amount. This leads to late invoices and late payments. Are there realistic ways to increase the monthly fapiao amount?

R: There are two ways to increase the monthly fapiao amount:

1. Apply for a temporary increasing. when a seasonal sales is coming, the company can apply for a temporary increasing in advance with the sales agreement. 

2. Try to get a tax credit rating A which is the highest tax rating. If get A rating, the monthly fapiao amount shall be increased largely, and can easy to meet the company's fapiao need.

Please note that:

1)The company should already set up over 3 years and pay VAT tax normal.

2)The tax credit rating is given by the tax office system in April of each year and the evaluation base is the company's action in last fiscal year recorded in the tax system and other department system.
